High Winds with Small Craft Advisory are about the only thing that we will cancel a tour over, if this occurs you will receive full refund for 3Hr adventures, our Overnights have a “weather day” built into your itinerary for holdover if necessary

This is a sport, we ask that you consult your physician and also require folks to be in good physical condition to participate. Although not a grueling experience, This is different from your casual day at the lake.

We have taken customers from all walks of life and with many conditions, our oldest being 87 and youngest 10! That being said we do not recommend this if you’re not physically active with a mind for adventure and a willing spirit!

Yes, however the child must be string enough to hold on while riding behind the driver at all times. Adults must not exceed combined weight limit of 375lbs. Keep in mind this is the Ocean.

This is a guided tour, while we don’t typically ride single file, you must follow your guide and remember that WE are setting out on an adventure as a team and will travel as such. Please adhere to the rules set forth by your guide and the laws of the water at all times.

We will average around 35-40 mph. However there will be times when we are in idle with no wake and times where we can”open it up”

Contrary to our name, Safety is always at the forefront. All of our guides are highly trained with years of experience in the outdoor adventure industry. You are in good hands but should always ride within your ability.

We recommend a good pair of wool or synthetic long base layer ands socks. A pair of sunglasses with safety lanyard (chums, etc)
A thin face covering and a ball cap. *Overnights will receive a gear list

Nothing you cant see yourself losing to the deep!
Leave the jewelry and Gucci shades.. lol
Waterproof camera or phone with lanyard, sunscreen, water.

3 Hr Juneau Adventure: No, we recommend eating before or after your trip at one of our delicious local restaurants.

Overnight Expeditions: we provide a snack bag for on water days, eat whenever we take a ride break, fuel stops, or photo ops.

We recommend using the restroom before your adventure begins, we do not stop at a designated bathroom but feel free to relieve yourself (#1 only) in the water any time we stop. The solution to pollution is dilution!

You will make new friends! We will pair you with people you more than likely have a LOT in common with. Embrace the Adventure!

We do see many different species of Birds including Bald Eagles and will typically see seals, otters and we often get amazing opportunities for breaching and bubblenet feeding!
